City of Grand Haven Invites Community to Centertown Vision Update Open House
Grand Haven, MI – The City of Grand Haven invites residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to participate in the next step in shaping the future of Centertown at a second Open House for the Centertown Vision Update.
The open house will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Central Park Place, 421 Columbus Avenue, Grand Haven. A brief presentation will begin at 6:15 p.m., followed by opportunities for attendees to review design concepts and provide feedback.
This second open house builds on prior community engagement and will showcase updated design ideas for Centertown, incorporating input gathered from residents and stakeholders. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and help guide the direction of future
planning and development in the area.
“Community input is essential as we refine the vision for Centertown,” said Brian Urquhart, Grand Haven City Planner. “We encourage everyone to attend, learn about the proposed concepts, and help shape a plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of Grand Haven.”
All are welcome to attend, and no registration is required.
