20–25

Grand Haven, MI – Get ready to explore, discover, and win! Grand Haven Main Street is
excited to introduce a brand-new, weeklong community event designed to celebrate local
businesses and bring energy to every corner of the district.

From April 20 through April 25, visitors and residents alike are invited to take part in
a District-Wide Passport Event spanning Downtown, Centertown, and the Waterfront. This interactive experience encourages participants to explore the area, visit a variety of local businesses, and collect stamps along the way.

Getting started is easy:

Pick up your passport at one of several convenient locations, including The Surf
Shop, SilverFire Gallery & Gifts/Gem Source, Glik’s, Health Hutt or Rosewood
Provisions in Centertown, then start exploring!

As you visit participating businesses, you’ll collect stamps in your passport. To be entered
into the prize drawing, participants will need to collect 10 stamps from Centertown
businesses and 20 stamps from Downtown businesses, a fun challenge that encourages
you to experience the full variety Grand Haven has to offer.

Once completed, simply submit your passport to be entered for a chance to win one of
several exciting prizes.
Prizes include:

  • 1 Grand Prize of $750
  • 2 prizes of $500
  • 2 prizes of $250
  • 3 prizes of $100
  • 6 prizes of $50
  • 6 prizes of $25

All prizes are awarded as flexible gift certificate bundles that can be redeemed at ANY
of the 75 participating businesses – giving winners the freedom to shop, dine, and explore
however they choose. With prize amounts large enough to enjoy across multiple locations,
winners can truly experience the best of Grand Haven.

“This event is all about connection – encouraging people to explore new places, revisit
favorite spots, and celebrate the incredible variety of businesses that make Grand Haven
special,” said Michelle Dixon, Main Street DDA Event Chair.

Whether you’re shopping for unique gifts, enjoying a meal, or discovering a new service, the
Passport Event offers a fresh way to experience the city. It’s perfect for families, friends,
and anyone looking for a reason to get out and enjoy spring in Grand Haven.
